Senior Frontend Developer

SolDevelo is an Atlassian Gold Marketplace Partner, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified software company with a team of around 60 people. The Product Department, consisting of ~20 people, develops apps for the Atlassian Marketplace and monday.com Marketplace, including tools like Worklogs, QAlity, and Checklists used by teams to manage Jira workflows.

• Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing frontend architecture for web applications.
• Strong skills in testing frontend applications with tools like Jest and Playwright.
• Ability to manage technical debt, including identification, prioritization, and refactoring planning.
• Comfortable working asynchronously with distributed teams.
• Willingness and ability to mentor and support others' growth.
• Strong knowledge of application security practices such as OWASP Top 10.
• Ability to define, implement, and monitor frontend security strategies in collaboration with DevOps and QA.
• Capability to estimate complex projects and coordinate team estimations.
• Excellent command of Polish (C1 or higher) and English (C1 or higher).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem or experience building on platforms like Atlassian Forge or Connect.
• History of mentoring other engineers.
• Good UI taste with attention to detail and ability to provide design feedback.
• Exposure to AI and agentic workflows.

• Design and build user-facing features with strong emphasis on frontend architecture.
• Pair with other team members to deliver end-to-end features.
• Engage early with design and product to influence business decisions.
• Review code of other engineers and mentor team members.
• Advocate for scalable and maintainable frontend decisions.
• Set and enforce frontend code quality standards.
• Collaborate across multiple product teams providing frontend expertise.
• Assist the service desk team in troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
