Senior IT Project Manager - Infrastructure & Cloud

ISS World Services A/S is a global leader in facilities services connecting people and places to support workplace experiences. The role is located in Warsaw, Poland, within a global, highly matrixed environment. It involves leading complex cloud transformation initiatives and infrastructure migrations across ISS countries.

• 10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex technology transformations.
• Proven experience managing large scale cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or enterprise modernization programs.
• Strong financial management skills including forecasting, capex/opex, and vendor contracts.
• Expertise in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid.
• Demonstrated success working with senior business and technology executives in complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience building business cases, managing financials, and tracking value realization.
• Strong understanding of cloud transformation programs and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Background in cloud migration programs or data center exit initiatives.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), servers, storage, virtualization, ITSM, and operational readiness.

Nice to have:

• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, security, and identity/access management.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Technical certifications like Azure/AWS fundamentals or architecture.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large scale cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs across multiple countries and business units.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, influencing decisions and securing alignment.
• Facilitate complex discussions and negotiations among business, technology, operations, security, and architecture stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain business cases linking investments to benefits and realized value.
• Track and report value realization, financial performance, risk exposure, and strategic outcomes.
• Drive project governance ensuring decision making, transparency, accountability, and engagement.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resources balancing competing priorities.
• Coordinate global cross-functional delivery teams including infrastructure engineers, cloud specialists, architects, vendors, and country representatives.
• Identify and resolve risks, escalations, organizational blockers, and stakeholder conflicts.
• Ensure migration activities meet security, compliance, operational readiness, and architectural requirements.
• Drive executive communications and reporting to senior leadership on status, risks, financials, and business impacts.
• Support organizational change and adoption to ensure successful transition and sustainable outcomes.
