Program Specialist II (Project Manager) (m/f/d)

• 5+ years experience with SaaS implementations
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation), negotiation, influencing, and relationship building
• 2+ years leadership in matrixed organizations managing cross-divisional projects and teams
• 2+ years experience defining, estimating, and scheduling project work with resource allocation
• 2+ years managing project financials including PO burn rate throughout lifecycle
• Knowledge of Product LifeCycle Management (PLM) and PRIME implementation methodology
• Bachelor's degree or relevant business/information technology experience
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite, especially Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Agile Scrum Certification
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Work experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, CPG, or Discrete Manufacturing (preferred)
• Occasional travel as required by project work

• Deliver weekly integrated status updates on project activities including status, issue resolution, risk management, and financials
• Conduct performance monitoring and reporting; diagnose root causes of problems
• Identify and escalate critical issues promptly
• Review documentation and deliverables to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure teams take corrective actions to deliver scope, quality, and timeliness
• Keep team informed via project plans, meetings, and minutes
• Act as single point of contact for Support, Product Management, and R&D
• Support HLS PMO initiatives and assist with SOP updates
• Ensure adherence to AGILE implementation methodology and Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
