The role is part of a 10-person engineering team responsible for the full lifecycle of the MB intrusion and access control platform's software and firmware.
Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years professional experience with Windows application development using C++ and C#; some experience with Lua and Java.
- Experience in latest web technologies and SQL database systems.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in platform architecture, design, and implementation.
- Experience with communication systems integration and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to interface with customers and external developers providing technical support and solutions.
- Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with intrusion and access control platforms or related security systems.
- Fluency in German for communication with international customers and partners.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
Obowiązki
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows desktop applications for the MB intrusion and access control platform using C++ and C#.
- Design, develop, and maintain complete web application solutions using Lua and Java, including front end, back-end processing, and database integration.
- Lead and contribute to platform architecture and design initiatives ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication systems and related technologies.
- Serve as a primary technical interface to customers and external developers providing support, guidance, and technical leadership.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver on project milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
