People Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist

• Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or people analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX capabilities for complex calculations, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying large datasets; experience with Power Apps is a plus but not required.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HR and business data to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data, including talent acquisition, retention, performance, diversity, and inclusion, to identify root causes and uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements and data solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models within Power BI to support complex analytical requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Automate routine HR processes and data workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on regular monthly activities and project-level work.
