Project Management Officer (K/M)

PRS (Polski Rejestr Statków S.A.) is an institution conducting independent expert activities in the international market, helping state administrations, insurers, and clients ensure safety of people, floating and land objects, cargo, and the natural environment through setting requirements, supervision, and issuing appropriate documents.

• Higher technical education and professional experience in IT technologies and services
• Experience with digitalization and transformation projects of IT, organizational, and business processes
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management, including interdisciplinary projects and as a Project Manager
• Experience in developing, implementing, or improving project management standards and practical knowledge of project management methodologies
• Holding a project management certificate: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or IPMA
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Knowledge and experience in change management
• Ability to monitor project execution including schedules, budgets, risks, and preparing management reports
• Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize, and independence
• Highly developed communication skills and experience cooperating with management and company Board
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Developing, implementing, and improving project management standards, principles, and methodologies within the company
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating the company's Digital Transformation Project
• Leading selected interdisciplinary projects as Project Manager
• Coordinating and monitoring project execution regarding scope, schedule, budget, quality, and achievement of goals
• Monitoring the project portfolio, especially digital transformation projects, and preparing management reports for the Director and Management Board
• Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring project risks and recommending preventive and corrective actions
• Implementing and developing tools supporting project management and monitoring their usage
• Analyzing project effectiveness and recommending improvement actions
• Coordinating collaboration and communication among project participants and organizational units
• Identifying areas requiring digitalization and supporting preparation of digital transformation recommendations
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and target models for transformation initiatives
• Monitoring implementation of transformation initiatives and supporting Management Board in evaluating progress, effects, and business benefits
