AI / Machine Learning Engineer

• Technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience in machine learning and data analysis
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience in building backend or web applications
• Practical knowledge of databases and SQL
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth communication
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake or data lakes
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with language models (LLM) or generative AI solutions
• Experience building ML pipelines and knowledge of MLOps
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience using AI-assisted tools like Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency

• Preparing and analyzing data for machine learning models
• Designing, training, and optimizing ML and LLM models following best practices in MLOps/LLMOps
• Creating AI/ML-based services such as APIs and backend components
• Integrating ML solutions with web applications
• Co-developing data and ML pipelines
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams
• Monitoring model performance and continuously improving models in production environments
