Wymagania
- Practical experience with UiPath, able to build tested components and implement bot architectures based on ReFramework
- Good technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new solutions
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Effective collaboration with team members and clients
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Responsibility for assigned tasks
Nice to have:
- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional)
- Experience administering UiPath Orchestrator
- Familiarity with UiPath tools such as Studio Web, Maestro, Agents, Apps, Integration Service, Test Manager
- Experience with IDP (Document Understanding, UiPath IXP, Azure Content Understanding, ABBYY, Rossum) or Task Mining
- Ability to integrate LLM models with process automation
- Experience with Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Automate
- Process experience, especially in SSC, and in process analysis, documentation, or optimization (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Experience in conducting training or workshops
Obowiązki
- Actively participate in all project phases: identifying automation opportunities, designing solutions, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Develop skills beyond classic RPA, including working with APIs, VBA, SQL, Python, .NET, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), chatbots, and AI agents
- Apply and help create good development practices collaboratively
- Support clients on technical and process issues
- Assist less experienced team members
- Pursue growth paths such as training, infrastructure management, business analysis, or solution architecture
