Junior Motion Capture Tools Developer

• Solid programming fundamentals (Python preferred)
• Curiosity about motion, animation, and related mathematics
• Comfortable with vibe coding and rapid prototyping
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Willingness to read scientific papers and implement ideas in code
• Independence, proactivity, and hands-on attitude
• Communicative English

Nice to have:

• Experience in film editing, rendering, or computer vision
• Experience with motion capture, animation, or 3D data
• Interest in robotics, digital humans, or generative AI
• Familiarity with tools like MotionBuilder, Blender, Maya, or Unreal

• Create tools that automate motion capture processing workflows
• Build new products and internal tools, and improve existing ones through research, design, experimentation, and testing
• Handle data synchronization across the pipeline based on existing scripts
• Develop prototypes and quick code solutions to one-time issues and provide feedback on capture and processing improvements
• Collaborate with animators, directors, and leads to understand technical requirements
