Senior Engineer - C++, Go, or Rust

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with data-pipeline applications involving metrics aggregation, distributed tracing, or real-time streaming
• Industry experience with latency-sensitive or market data systems
• Proficiency in at least one systems-level language (C++, Go, or Rust) and one scripting/application language (Python, Java, or TypeScript)
• Understanding of C++ to comprehend existing applications
• Experience in building and operating custom synthetic monitoring solutions at scale
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry SDKs, collectors, and schema conventions
• Skills with cloud-native, containerized, and Kubernetes environments
• Proficiency with API- and GitOps-based workflows, config-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical mindset for modeling distributed systems and customer impact
• Effective communication across squads and simplifying system performance concepts
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level

• Build and maintain application components that aggregate, correlate, and present observability data into unified views of the Real-Time platform
• Implement customer-centric aggregation and hotspot detection algorithms for market data
• Develop and extend telemetry pipelines ingesting and routing metrics, traces, and logs
• Design and build custom synthetic monitoring agents deployed globally
• Implement GitOps/API-driven workflows for deployment, versioning, and promotion of observability assets
• Collaborate with squads to integrate observability instrumentation across development environments
