Data Scientist - Allegro AI Hub

Allegro sp. z o.o. operates one of the world's largest eCommerce platforms and maintains an AI Hub focused on building cutting-edge Data Science and Machine Learning solutions that directly influence business success.

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building machine learning solutions in Python.
• Passion for translating business challenges into impactful AI/ML problems.
• Excellent communication skills, from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results.
• Proficiency in Python and efficient use of basic development tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods.
• A degree strongly related to statistical/mathematical modeling (Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).

• Co-create solutions solving complex business problems in Marketing, Smart, and Advertising areas using predictive, segmentation, and recommendation models.
• Work with a wide array of models including GenAI, boosting models, neural networks, causal inference, optimization methods, and deep learning.
• Process terabytes of data using Google Cloud Platform solutions, handling tabular, natural language, image, and time-series data.
• Participate in implementing both off-line and on-line models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.
