AI Architect

• 10+ years experience in solution architecture, including 3 to 5 years focusing on AI/ML and Generative AI, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration
• Proven ability to design scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns with knowledge in chunking, hybrid retrieval, and re-ranking techniques
• T-shaped expertise with depth in AI solution architecture and breadth in data architecture, integration patterns, and infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Databricks, SharePoint, and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of observability and evaluation frameworks for AI in production
• Experience in strategic advisory roles with executive communication skills and ability to influence without authority
• Experience coaching and developing junior and mid-level architects

• Embed with client AI teams to understand priority use cases, existing architecture, and technical approaches across multiple delivery partners
• Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns, including model selection, RAG pipeline design, chunking, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent coordination
• Identify and eliminate duplicated components by consolidating into shared reusable services
• Design and implement observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI systems, covering latency, accuracy, hallucination tracking, and cost management
• Participate in PI Planning sessions and executive reviews, providing technical visibility and strategic recommendations to VP and Director-level stakeholders
• Upskill delivery partner teams on architectural patterns and best practices
