Wymagania
- Experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or managing complex IT projects
- Proven ability to independently lead a workstream, project area, or task force
- Good understanding of IT environments and dependencies between applications, services, and infrastructure
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and derive concrete conclusions
- Comfortable conducting meetings and workshops with various stakeholder groups
- Effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
- Experience with data, documentation, and quality control
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and issues and lead their resolution
- Independent, well-organized, and capable of coordinating others' work
- Very good English language skills in speaking and writing
Obowiązki
- Leading the workstream and coordinating activities related to contract analysis and mapping to IT environment elements
- Organizing and conducting workshops with representatives from IT, business, procurement, and vendor management
- Developing and overseeing a consistent process for contract mapping
- Analyzing and verifying relationships between contracts, IT services, applications, and infrastructure
- Identifying data quality gaps, inconsistencies, and issues; collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them
- Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and potential problems
- Preparing reports and status updates for project management
- Maintaining quality and completeness of project documentation
