Wymagania
- Higher education or studies in IT, computer science, business, engineering, or related fields
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in analysis, consulting, IT projects, business support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of the IT environment, including applications, infrastructure, IT services, and cloud solutions
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically:
- pivot tables
- lookup functions such as XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP
- data filtering and sorting
- comparing and organizing information
- working with large data sets
- Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
- Accuracy and attention to work quality
- Good organization and independence
- Ability to collaborate with people from various departments
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Obowiązki
- Reviewing contracts and documentation to determine which services, applications, and infrastructure elements they cover
- Creating mappings between contracts and specific IT areas
- Organizing and merging data from various sources
- Verifying completeness and correctness of collected information
- Working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel
- Identifying discrepancies, missing information, and unclear dependencies
- Communicating with IT teams, business units, procurement, and legal departments to clarify and complete data
- Participating in project meetings, workshops, and discussions with involved stakeholders
- Preparing summaries, reports, presentations, and documentation
