Staff QA Engineer - Workload Management

• Strong programming experience in Python with focus on automation and test engineering
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar automation frameworks
• Experience testing cloud-native, containerised, or distributed systems
• Strong understanding of Linux and ability to debug across multiple system layers
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
• Ability to define quality standards and improve test coverage

• Validate the workload management stack for new AI accelerator hardware
• Ensure Kubernetes integrations are robust, scalable, and production-ready
• Design automated test suites and build system and integration tests
• Improve CI/CD quality practices
• Debug issues across Kubernetes, infrastructure, and applications
• Mentor other QA engineers and influence test strategy and automation practices
