Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Familiarity with Copilot Studio is a significant advantage.

Proven participation in low-code projects or configuration-driven business solution implementations.

Configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components according to agreed specifications.
Prepare functional documentation, process descriptions and user stories for development and testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects and business teams to ensure solution quality and alignment.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user support during test cycles.
Support deployment activities and ongoing enhancement of existing Dynamics 365 implementations.
