Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably with banking system development or implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to translate user needs into precise functional and non-functional requirements
• Practical experience in process modeling with BPMN 2.0 and good knowledge of UML
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modeling tools like Enterprise Architect
• Ability to conduct analytical workshops, communicate effectively with business and IT teams, and independently develop solutions
• English language proficiency at C1 level

• Identify business needs at the user level and recognize business problems
• Define and specify functional and non-functional requirements
• Create analytical and design documentation
• Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML
• Create business-level data models
• Identify and document business rules and algorithms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams in designing and implementing new solutions
• Communicate with development teams and business units, supporting requirement realization
