Manual QA Engineer

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
• Ability to independently create test cases and defect reports
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Xray, and TestRail or similar
• Basic knowledge of API testing
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of the testing process and defect lifecycle
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Accuracy and independence in task execution
• Openness to developing automation testing skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting testers' daily work

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Perform manual functional, regression, exploratory tests, and basic API testing
• Report, describe, and retest defects
• Analyze requirements and identify quality gaps
• Support product quality throughout the change lifecycle
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
• Support preparation or maintenance of simple automated tests
• Participate in building quality standards and developing regression testing processes
