Salesforce Developer

Our client is a global travel company running a transformation program to optimize corporate travel operations and modernize its booking, fulfillment, servicing, payment, and back office processes. The project focuses on enhancing and evolving a CRM platform within the travel domain to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and support integrations across multiple systems enabling efficient operations and data driven decision making.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong hands on experience with Salesforce CRM development
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• English level: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher for client communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in the travel industry
• Experience working with AI based tools for development or documentation
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality to support CRM business needs
• Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations
• Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows across connected platforms
• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to clarify needs and scope
• Troubleshoot issues, support defect resolution, and improve system stability
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing across the team
• Use AI based tools, where relevant, to improve development efficiency and documentation

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
