Experienced IT Developer, Salesforce - Gdańsk or Viby

The role is within the Commercial IT & Digital department, reporting to the Head of IT Product, Customers.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Clear insight into Salesforce best practices, coding, design guidelines, and architectural concepts
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware (integrations with SAP ERP are beneficial)
• Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration
• Advanced design and implementation skills with strong grasp of architectural patterns and integration design
• Experience with Agentforce and Data360 is an advantage
• Experience working in agile methodology

• Designing, building and driving implementation of new features and functionalities
• Coordinating work and mentoring other members of the team
• Troubleshooting and prioritizing incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations
• Collaborating with developers to solve root causes of issues and fix them
• Defining, securing and monitoring the system
• Documenting processes and improving ways of working
