AI/ML Engineer

Pocketsquare sp. z o.o. is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to work on designing, training, and deploying machine learning models and solutions based on large language models (LLM).

• Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu modeli ML
• Bardzo dobra znajomość Pythona oraz bibliotek PyTorch i/lub TensorFlow
• Doświadczenie z modelami językowymi (LLM) oraz frameworkami typu LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Znajomość zagadnień MLOps i narzędzi wdrożeniowych (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Znajomość SQL oraz pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych
• Doświadczenie z Docker i Kubernetes
• Znajomość co najmniej jednej platformy chmurowej (AWS, GCP lub Azure)

• Projectowanie, trenowanie i ewaluacja modeli uczenia maszynowego
• Rozwój rozwiązań opartych o duże modele językowe (LLM) i technik prompt engineering
• Budowa i utrzymanie pipeline'ów przetwarzania i przygotowania danych
• Wdrażanie modeli do środowiska produkcyjnego (MLOps) i monitorowanie ich jakości
• Praca z bibliotekami i frameworkami: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face
• Implementacja i optymalizacja rozwiązań RAG oraz baz wektorowych
• Współpraca z zespołem data science przy doborze i inżynierii cech (feature engineering)
• Konteneryzacja i orkiestracja usług ML (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Wdrażanie modeli w środowiskach chmurowych (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Automatyzacja procesów trenowania i wdrażania modeli (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Współpraca z zespołem produktowym przy definiowaniu wymagań i metryk sukcesu modeli
• Dbanie o jakość kodu, dokumentację techniczną i dobre praktyki inżynierii oprogramowania
