AI Champion

CGI is a large business and IT consulting company seeking an AI Champion to join the team responsible for developing the Egeria family of ERP systems, used by large organizations including the public sector. Egeria includes both legacy Oracle-based systems and modern architectures based on Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices. The role focuses on transforming these products and processes using artificial intelligence.

• Practical expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models, with experience building language model-based solutions
• Experience building large and distributed solutions using RAG, AI Agents, tool/function calling, embeddings, vector search, and context management
• Experience applying AI in Software Development Lifecycle, including software creation, testing, code analysis, or system maintenance
• Strong understanding of architecture and functioning of large enterprise IT systems
• Ability to work with large code repositories and understand challenges of using LLM for codebase analysis
• Knowledge of semantic search, code indexing, embeddings, AST/code parsing, knowledge graphs, or similar context-delivering mechanisms for AI
• Proficiency in at least one popular programming language with ability to prototype AI solutions independently
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, or Oracle Forms is a plus
• Experience with AI platforms and services in enterprise environments, especially Microsoft Azure / Azure OpenAI or other leading cloud platforms
• Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, governance, and responsible use in organizations
• Ability to translate technological capabilities into business applications assessing value, cost, and feasibility
• Independence, initiative, and ability to lead initiatives from ideas through experimentation and Proof of Concept to production deployment
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams as well as business and product stakeholders
• Willingness to act as internal expert and AI ambassador promoting effective AI adoption
• Fluent Polish and English to work with technical documentation and international collaboration

• Co-create and implement AI strategy for Egeria products, identifying business and technological opportunities
• Coordinate AI initiatives throughout the Software Development Lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Design and deploy solutions using LLM, AI Agents, RAG, and other AI technologies
• Develop AI methods for handling large codebases and complex IT systems, including analysis, indexing, and context delivery to AI models
• Advance AI usage in software creation processes including code analysis, generation, review, refactoring, documentation, and developer support
• Develop AI automation for testing including scenario generation, result analysis, and error identification
• Explore AI applications in deployment and implementation processes such as requirements analysis, configuration, data migration, and documentation
• Design AI solutions for system maintenance including automation of ticket handling and incident analysis
• Build AI mechanisms for monitoring legal and regulatory changes affecting Egeria products
• Analyze and improve internal team processes using AI especially in competency development, knowledge management, documentation, and CI/CD
• Create Proof of Concept and AI prototypes for rapid validation
• Evaluate AI models, frameworks, tools, and platforms and recommend best-fit solutions
• Define AI solution architectures and integration with existing products, code repositories, knowledge bases, and team tools
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, consultants, maintenance teams, Product Managers, and business owners
• Build internal AI competencies via knowledge sharing, mentoring, workshops, standards, and best practices promotion
• Monitor AI technological advances and translate to business value for Egeria
• Co-create policies for safe and responsible AI use emphasizing information security, intellectual property protection, quality assurance, and enterprise use

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
