Developer AI (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the hiring company located in Warszawa, operating in hybrid work mode.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Data Science / AI with at least 1 year of production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Practical experience in MLOps including Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and handling unstructured data.
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure and GCP.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements.
• Higher education in technical fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Analytical and conceptual skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership from idea to implementation.
• Ability to provide services from Poland in a hybrid mode (3/2 days).

• Develop and deploy production AI and Data Science solutions using Python and SQL.
• Implement MLOps practices using Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with NLP/OCR techniques and manage unstructured data.
• Utilize cloud platforms, mainly Azure and GCP.
• Collaborate in hybrid work setup (3 days office, 2 days remote).
• Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Take responsibility from idea through to implementation.
