IT System Analyst / IT Solution Architect

Primaris Services is a company with over 250 experts and 15 years of experience in the IT industry in the Polish and international market. They operate in various sectors including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media, serving over 40 active clients. Their activities include building systems from scratch, development, maintenance, product implementations, and allocation of teams or individual experts. They are also a gold partner of UiPath in Robotic Process Automation, building robots and selling licenses to clients.

• Fluent English proficiency (minimum B2+).
• Experience in payment card domain, especially in designing or analyzing card service processes for electronic channels.
• Experience working with Card Management Systems; knowledge of Way4 is a significant advantage.
• Good knowledge of PCI DSS standards and compliance and security issues related to cards.
• Experience preparing RfP documents, documenting requirements, assumptions, and risks.

• Analyze and design solutions supporting payment card service processes, including blocking/unblocking cards, limit changes, and lifecycle operations.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and compliance requirements, specifically PCI DSS standards.
• Analyze integration between the bank and card systems such as Way4 or equivalent.
• Prepare requirements, assumptions, and risk analyses.
• Support the bank in selection and implementation of card solutions.

Collaboration form: B2B contract only. Work mode: hybrid with project meetings arranged as needed. The cooperation process includes a phone interview (up to 30 minutes), a remote technical-business video interview (60-90 minutes), and a remote meeting with the project Product Owner (30-60 minutes).
