AI Platform Tech Lead (k/m)

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience. • Minimum 3 years experience as Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader. • Experience designing AI platforms for large organizations. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure. • Experience designing and building AI and GenAI platforms. • Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure API Management. • Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. • Experience establishing platform standards, DevOps, and MLOps processes. • Proficient with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments. • Experience defining security standards, Observability, Governance, and FinOps. • Experience conducting architectural reviews and cross-team agreements. • Experience building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents. • Communicative English in speech and writing. • Services must be provided from Poland. • Hybrid work model with 1 day per week in office in Warsaw.

• Lead the technical development of the AI Platform. • Collaborate with Product Owner and AI Platform Architect. • Define technological, architectural, and operational standards. • Support and mentor the AI Platform engineering team. • Conduct technical agreements and architectural reviews. • Design and develop GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions. • Build DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices. • Support initiatives transitioning from Proof of Concept to production environments. • Collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams.

• Services must be provided from the territory of Poland. • Hybrid work schedule: 1 day per week in office in Warsaw, 4 days remote. • Communicative English required. • Data privacy and processing information provided by PZU Tech SA.
