Product Manager (K/M)

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a complex technology product
• Experience as a Senior Product Owner
• Managed a product developed by multiple teams or suppliers
• Good understanding of software development processes and complex integrations
• Skilled in managing product budget, roadmap, risk, and business value
• Experience in building or developing product-technology teams
• Knowledge of retail specifics, POS systems, payments, or solutions requiring high availability

Nice to have:

• Experience managing a product with a broad scope of responsibility

• Create vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product
• Take responsibility for development, maintenance, quality, and availability of systems
• Manage budget and size of the development team
• Lead one of the product teams
• Set goals for Product Owners
• Identify dependencies and risks between POS applications
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and other product teams
• Coordinate multiple suppliers including software houses
• Participate in recruitment of key team members
