AI / Machine Learning Engineer

• Technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience in machine learning and data analysis
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience building backend or web applications
• Practical knowledge of databases and SQL
• English language proficiency enabling smooth communication
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, data lake)
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with language models (LLM) or generative AI solutions
• Experience building ML pipelines and familiarity with MLOps
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience using AI-supported tools like Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality

• Preparing and analyzing data for machine learning models
• Designing, training, and optimizing ML and LLM models following best MLOps/LLMOps practices
• Creating AI/ML-based services (e.g., APIs, backend components)
• Integrating ML solutions with web applications
• Co-developing data pipelines and ML pipelines
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams
• Monitoring model performance and continuous improvement in production environment
