Senior Risk & Controls Manager (IT)

• Expertise in technology risk, IT audit, or IT governance with multi-market exposure.
• Previous experience in Risk & Controls functions, IT-focused internal audit, or Big 4 IT/Technology Risk Assurance.
• Solid knowledge of IT control and security frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Experience with risk registers, controls testing, and issue-tracking; detail-oriented and organized.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Technology-savvy mindset confident in challenging decisions.
• Client-friendly, collaborative, pragmatic problem solver.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with GRC/risk-register tools and platform migrations or implementations.
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CRISC.

• Drive the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks across the organization, focusing on product platforms and maintaining the Technology Risk Register.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor IT risk treatment strategies.
• Partner with the Internal Audit team on audit plan development and monitor closure of audit issues.
• Coordinate the year-end external auditor ITGC testing cycle and drive resolution of findings.
• Advise CTO and security teams on IT risk and security aspects.
• Lead and support the implementation of the group's new Risk & Compliance system.
• Maintain and apply the ITGC control framework and testing methodology; support building internal testing capability.
