Team Lead Business Intelligence

Shiftmove is a profitable B2B SaaS company and the fastest-growing fleet management platform in Europe, formed by the merger of Avrios and Vimcar and serving tens of thousands of corporate customers across multiple European countries. The company pioneers "mobility operations software" by integrating fleet management, GPS tracking, and logbook solutions into a unified platform, delivering real-time data insights and compliance management.

• Previous experience running a BI function, raising standards, and transforming how a business uses data.
• Experience introducing AI-enabled workflows into BI functions at scale, including automation and self-service.
• Strong skills in KPI governance with the ability to define KPIs and align stakeholders around a trusted single source of truth.
• Commercially minded with leadership and transformation capabilities, able to engage with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Ability to review analytical logic, challenge assumptions, and identify issues without necessarily writing SQL daily.
• Proven ability to raise standards, develop people, and earn trust from executives reliant on data quality.
• Ready to improve upon prior successful BI leadership experience.

• Partner directly with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable insights on ARR, pipeline performance, unit economics, and customer retention.
• Rebuild the BI function's operating model from reactive dashboard creation to structured, proactive business partnership.
• Own business definitions and establish a single source of truth relied upon by executive leadership and the Board.
• Implement an AI layer for automated insight generation, anomaly detection, and enable self-service analytics for non-technical teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 BI Analysts to develop them into business partners.

What the First 6 Months Might Look Like:

• Understand the current reporting cadence and team capabilities; identify trust gaps and opportunities for change.
• Initiate the shift from report producers to analytical partners and begin implementing meaningful changes in data insight delivery.
• Set team direction and agenda; drive noticeable improvements for stakeholders.
