VAT Analyst (K/M)

Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of medical devices used in interventional specialties.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of VAT compliance experience in multinational/shared service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of European VAT regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); SAP DRC, Vertex is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English; Polish or another European language is a plus.

• Prepare and review VAT returns, Intrastat reports, EC Sales Lists, and other indirect tax filings.
• Support VAT reconciliations, refund claims, and audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and help improve compliance processes.
• Assist in automation and standardization of VAT reporting (SAP DRC & ERP systems).
• Act as a contact point for finance, AP/AR teams, and external advisors.
• Contribute to creating documentation, SOPs, and training for the new Centre of Excellence.
