• Experience working on projects, especially games, based on digital painting and game art techniques.
• Experience leading multi-person teams including artists, animators, programmers, and testers using any project management system.
• Basic knowledge of animation and 2D graphics to understand fundamental techniques.
• Understanding of process optimization and application ergonomics.
• Basic skills in graphic programs for simple sketches and corrections.
• Creativity, observation skills, and a developed sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize others' experience, as well as read and create documentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and established work standards.

• Developing visual concepts for games based on general project assumptions.
