Marketing Project Manager

Go On Board is a dynamic studio that creates board games played by tens of thousands of players worldwide. Their international bestsellers include board games based on notable pop culture franchises such as Wiedźmin: Stary Świat, Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia, and Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game. They collaborate with major pop culture brands to develop engaging products for fans across all continents.

• Willingness to work in the Poznań office or readiness to relocate.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing-related roles.
• Knowledge of the board games industry or experience working with brands in hobbies, entertainment, or pop culture.
• English language proficiency at C1 level (fluent in speaking and writing).
• Experience in planning and conducting marketing activities, preferably in crowdfunding campaigns, e-commerce, or international projects.
• Ability to coordinate team work, delegate tasks, and enforce execution.
• Project management skills including prioritizing, schedule control, and working in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce role related to product promotion, campaign planning, and sales channel management.

• Prepare and coordinate crowdfunding campaigns for board games from pre-launch to late pledge.
• Support creation of communication strategies and unique selling propositions (USP) for products.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, video creators, and influencers.
• Plan and oversee marketing activities including social media, advertising, PR, and events.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain consistent communication with the community through updates, social media, and online/offline events.
• Manage schedules, priorities, and quality of marketing activities.
• Initiate innovative marketing ideas to distinguish projects.
• Work with management and Product Owners to define marketing directions.
• Ensure quality content and achievement of goals according to company strategy.
