Camunda Consultant (German-Speaking) | BPM Migration & AI-Assisted SDLC

Polcode is a global technology partner with nearly 100 professionals, delivering software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. The role focuses on supporting a client team introducing Camunda 8 as a new BPM tool in an enterprise environment.

• Several years of experience with Camunda 8 in enterprise environments
• Experience designing delivery concepts and software development standards for Camunda projects
• Experience with BPM solution migrations
• Strong knowledge of modern Software Development Lifecycle practices
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience working with cloud environments
• Experience defining operations and support concepts for developed solutions
• Solid German language skills (B2/C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience migrating solutions from Axon Ivy to Camunda
• Experience migrating from comparable BPM platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
• Experience integrating AI-assisted tools into modern software development processes
• English knowledge

• Develop a standardized delivery concept for Camunda projects
• Define an operations concept for solutions developed by the client team
• Create a migration strategy and approach for moving Axon Ivy applications to Camunda
• Define and establish a standardized, AI-assisted Software Development Lifecycle
• Identify best practices for using Claude in Camunda development
• Help optimize and improve the efficiency of development processes
• Work directly with the client team on introducing these approaches and standards

Remote-first within Poland with occasional travel to Essen, Germany, or work from the Warszawa office.
