PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is the employer looking for a System Analyst with expertise in data integration processes and data pipeline modeling to join their IT team working on data warehouse solutions and a new project called OKI Memodecyzji.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System IT Analyst in data integration (data pipelines)
• Experience documenting business and system requirements
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of relational database principles
• Experience designing data warehouse models or in GCP BigQuery databases
• Experience describing requirement matrices that translate into unit tests
• Ability to specify tasks for developers in descriptive and STM form
• Experience maintaining project documentation
• Direct experience working with clients defining business and system requirements
• Experience creating functional and/or technical specifications
• Ability to analyze XML/XSD formats and build relational models from XSD
• Knowledge of tools: Confluence, Jira
• Nice to have: knowledge of GCP cloud tools related to data integration such as BigQuery, DataFlow, Cloud SQL (Postgres)
• Nice to have: experience with project tools like Enterprise Architect and Visio
• Basic familiarity with banking product concepts
• Good communication skills in business and IT environments
• Good time management and organizational skills

• Analyze and model data models for data pipelines in data warehouses and data lakehouse
• Analyze and model ETL integration processes
• Analyze and model data integration processes in GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Collaborate with other bank units to develop specifications for new data sources
• Design logical data models in operational data warehouse domain
• Create Source-Target-Matrix (STM) for development processes
• Collaborate with IT teams including developers, PMs, and testers as well as business units
• Provide analytical support during design, development, and testing of data loading processes
