Senior Automation QA Engineer (Java, Selenium)

• Solid experience in Automation QA, Quality Engineering, or Backend Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Serenity BDD, Cucumber, or JUnit
• Good knowledge of Groovy and test reporting tools such as Allure
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Basic experience with Kubernetes
• Strong interest in using AI tools for testing, troubleshooting, and identifying quality gaps
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with load testing and performance optimization
• Experience with Java WebSocket
• Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
• Experience improving GUI regression test suites
• Previous backend engineering experience

• Refactor and improve the existing load testing suite
• Reduce load test execution time from 16 hours to under 4 hours
• Migrate remaining test suites from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
• Enhance GUI regression test coverage and reliability
• Improve test automation to increase release confidence and reduce change fail rate
• Identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for automation improvements
• Use AI tools to support test analysis, identify gaps, and improve testing efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve overall quality and delivery processes
