Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing complex, enterprise-level Jira Cloud environments supporting multi-team structures.
Proven record in designing and enforcing platform governance frameworks.

Lead system upgrades, feature deployments, and platform architecture improvements.
Establish, document, and enforce global Atlassian administration standards and operational best practices.
Eliminate system redundancies and ensure configuration consistency across all project spaces.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency.
Serve as primary Tier-2/Tier-3 contact for complex Jira configuration requests and troubleshooting.
Develop training resources, conduct onboarding, and promote tool adoption among agile teams.
Maintain native and API-based integrations between Jira Cloud, Confluence, and third-party tools.
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to audit system performance, access controls, and usage trends.
