Senior Product & Creative Designer (Jack-of-All-Trades)

Pack.com is a Gamified Shopping platform focused on delivering a mystery pack experience with strong influences from Web3 and iGaming cultures.

• Proven solo end-to-end design ownership, including research, UX, UI, and visual art.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX logic (wireframes, user flows) and exceptional visual craft (digital illustration, game/iGaming UI, typography).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, component properties, and design system maintenance.
• Deep understanding of iGaming, Web3, gaming aesthetics, loot-box mechanics, and crypto-native UI.
• Knowledge of modern web layout standards, including HTML and Tailwind concepts, responsive breakpoints, and clean asset export.

Nice to have:

• Experience with motion and animation tools like After Effects, Rive, or Lottie.
• 3D design skills using Blender, Cinema4D, or Spline.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups directly with founders and product managers.

• Own entire product design pipeline from user journey mapping, low-fidelity wireframes, to pixel-perfect UI prototypes.
• Create custom digital illustrations, item rarity badges, unboxing graphics, empty-state visuals, and icon sets with gaming flair.
• Design visual interfaces for mystery box openings, reward multipliers, wallet connections, and redemption vaults.
• Build and maintain Figma UI kits, design tokens, component libraries, and visual guidelines.
• Deliver developer-ready assets, including clean SVGs, responsive specs, and structured design tokens.
• Define micro-animations, button states, victory sequences, and visual feedback loops to enhance platform responsiveness.
