Middle Proxy Product Owner

MasterBorn Sp. z o.o. builds software with world-class developers and designers using a tech stack centered around React, Node.js, and TypeScript. They collaborate with well-established companies and startups, covering industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech. The company offers flexibility working within the Polish time zone with clients primarily from the USA.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for SaaS products or managing external clients supporting SaaS product development.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Proficient in structuring and visualizing ideas in real time.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure clear agendas, aligned roadmaps, and decision follow-ups.
• Skilled in cooperation, conducting meetings, and workshops with English-speaking clients.
• Ability to write requirements, create process flows, and communicate them to development teams.
• Experience conducting client workshops using diverse techniques.
• Strong business and product thinking to quickly understand client business models, goals, and markets.
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Senior Executives.
• Understanding of web development technical concepts.
• History of collaborating with American stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted product partner to the Client's Product Owner, translating business goals into product direction and priorities.
• Understand the client's business model, goals, product strategy, users, market context, and success metrics.
• Work at the discovery and delivery stages of product implementation.
• Manage product roadmap and backlog focusing on measurable business and user outcomes.
• Prepare clear requirements for the development team.
• Ensure timely product delivery.
• Negotiate scope and explain technical aspects to clients.
• Advise clients on trade-offs between business value, user needs, technical complexity, risk, and time to market.
• Challenge client requests constructively and propose alternatives.
• Work within cross-functional scrum teams.
• Collect and provide feedback for the team.
• Identify product opportunities, risks, and gaps proactively.
• Facilitate decision-making conversations among stakeholders.
