Lead Software Engineer (Java)

• Demonstrable experience in backend development, fluent in Java
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines
• Quick learner with ambitious, results-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Proven track record building complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices for business-critical systems such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity
• Deliver software using Spring Boot with emphasis on maintainability and fast turnaround
• Apply pragmatic development of business logic using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
