Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• Demonstrable experience in backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines
• Quick learner with ambitious and results-driven personality
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record building complex products for millions of users in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs, engineer microservices, and evolve systems such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity
• Use Java 25 on the backend with Postgres database
• Utilize Spring Boot for delivery
• Apply clean code principles with emphasis on maintainability, using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
