• Demonstrable experience in backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering/Science disciplines
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Proven track record of building complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices
• Evolve systems critical to the business including card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop business logic emphasizing clean code, maintainability, and fast turnaround using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
