Power Platform Specialist

Meritoros SA is hiring for a role based in Kraków, Poland, within a 10-person IT/RPA team. The team supports ERP systems, RPA development, data & analytics, and IT support, collaborating directly with management to implement technology solutions. They follow Lean Management principles and foster continuous improvement and professional development.

• Practical experience creating applications in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate for building and optimizing workflows.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse including data modeling and data sources.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work with data from various sources such as Excel, CSV, SharePoint, and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of SharePoint Online as a data source and integration point.
• Good analytical Excel skills (tables, formulas, Power Query).
• Understanding of data modeling and preparation for reporting (relationships, data quality).
• Understanding of ALM lifecycle and environment management in the Power Platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Platform or low-code roles.
• Higher education in computer science, data analysis, or related field.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and reliability in task execution.
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• English language proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation.
• Ability to independently lead Power Platform implementation projects.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power BI for report/dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Programming experience, especially in Python.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating agents and chatbots.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and process improvement interest.
• Experience integrating data from accounting systems like Optima or Enova.

• Independently design and develop business applications in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
• Build, optimize, and maintain complex workflows in Power Automate.
• Design and maintain data models and sources in Microsoft Dataverse.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR, and IT/RPA departments to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Integrate data from financial systems (e.g., Optima, Enova365) with the Power Platform environment.
• Maintain order, security, and apply ALM best practices within the Power Platform environment.
• Document created solutions.
• Support the development and administration of the Power Platform environment and mentor less experienced team members.
