Wymagania
- Extensive experience in developing complex backend systems with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer with responsibility for technical direction.
- Strong understanding of system architecture with ability to evaluate solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Experience with performance analysis and optimization.
- Ability to challenge existing technical assumptions and propose alternatives.
- Experience designing and developing distributed systems, integrations, and REST API.
- Good knowledge of databases and communication optimization.
- Experience conducting code review and maintaining technical quality standards.
- Ability to plan and coordinate development work.
- Experience leading technological changes and modernizing legacy systems incrementally.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions considering trade-offs.
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
- Proactive approach and readiness to take responsibility.
- Strong communication skills to justify technical decisions.
Nice to have:
- Experience in insurance industry projects understanding specific systems and processes.
- Experience with legacy system modernization or refactoring.
- Experience with performance testing, profiling, and tuning.
- Participation in migration strategy design or component replacement.
- Experience working with high-volume or high-performance availability systems.
Obowiązki
- Take responsibility for the technical direction of the solution as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer.
- Analyze and optimize application performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Design and develop distributed systems, integrations, and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical standards and quality.
- Translate architectural concepts into actionable plans for the development team.
- Lead technological changes and gradual modernization of existing systems.
- Make technical decisions balancing quality, performance, delivery time, and business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the development team.
- Act proactively and take responsibility for delivering the developed concept.
