• Demonstrable experience in Backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering / Science disciplines
• Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of building complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices
• Evolve various backend systems supporting business operations, such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop backend with emphasis on clean code, maintainability, and fast turnaround using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
• Use Java 25 and Postgres database predominantly
• Utilize Spring Boot framework for delivery
