Project Manager with SAP

• Proven track record in Project Management within HR tech/enterprise implementations, ideally senior or strong mid-level.
• Very strong domain knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills with emphasis on task housekeeping and structured workflows.
• Very strong communication skills to present to executive-level client stakeholders and direct internal consulting teams.
• Ability to work aligned with US East Coast working hours (starting at 14:00 Polish time).
• Quality-driven mindset meeting expectations of top-tier target clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience with broader SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem beyond Learning module.
• Familiarity with training/learning service providers, e.g., NIIT portfolio.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary consulting teams in international remote environments.

• Driving the customer through complex learning processes, serving as the primary point of contact, and maintaining top delivery standards.
• Managing and coordinating a team of approximately 7 consultants, ensuring clear task ownership.
• Proactively introducing new SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and identifying upsell opportunities across SAP SuccessFactors offerings and NIIT services.
• Acting as a bridge between the customer and technical team to resolve blockers and streamline communication.
