Systems Analyst

• Higher education in STEM fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, preferably in banking
• Experience in system solution design and documentation using UML and BPMN
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect tool
• Experience in integration projects
• Practical knowledge of SQL syntax and relational databases
• Knowledge of credit processes
• Experience throughout software development lifecycle from business requirements analysis to testing and deployment
• Communication skills, independence, and effective collaboration with business, testers, and developers
• English proficiency at minimum B1 level
• Professional stability with approximately 2+ years of project experience

• Participation in projects related to building, maintaining, and developing banking products and processes
• Conducting system analyses and designing business-oriented solutions
• Managing requirements ensuring quality, completeness, consistency, traceability, and change management
• Creating and maintaining system documentation using UML and BPMN
• Involvement in the full software development cycle from business analysis through solution design, collaboration with developers, testing, and deployment
• Collaborating with business, programmers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Participating in integration projects and designing solutions using REST services
• Analyzing and verifying data with SQL and relational databases
• Delivering services within long-term cooperation
