Business Analyst With AEM

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst with strong technical understanding.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with requirements management using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with technical platforms and system integrations, including AWS, Salesforce, WebCalc, and Headless CMS.
• Experience with API design and API testing, preferably using Postman and OpenAPI.
• Experience with log analysis tools, preferably Datadog.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and align with different stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GenAI.

• Requirements management and formulation of functional and technical requirements.
• Technical support of the Product Owner team in conception, validation, and planning of demanding features and integrations.
• Providing a comprehensive view of the technical platform and integration within the system landscape, including AWS, AEM, Salesforce, WebCalc, and Headless CMS.
• Technical conception and coordination of automated rate precalculation and automated data retrieval.
• Project management, including aligning timelines and release plans.
• Stakeholder management.
• Validation and testing.
• Log analysis.
• API design and API testing.
