Senior Power Platform Developer

Ness Solution is hiring for a senior developer role focused on the insurance industry. The candidate will work on solutions supporting business processes within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystems.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial IT experience creating solutions based on Power Platform.
• Very good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot.
• Experience with both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Ability to translate vague business needs into well-designed technological solutions.
• Independence, responsibility for tasks, and professional approach to client collaboration.
• Good work organization and conscious prioritization skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps in Power Platform projects.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with REST API and integrations via API, OData, or Web Services.
• Development and extension of Power Platform including creating custom PCF components.
• Skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Power Fx, and React.
• Familiarity with other low-code platforms and designing citizen development principles.
• Certificates such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 are a plus.

• Build and develop business solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
• Work with technologies such as Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Design solutions considering performance, scalability, and further development possibilities.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into technical solutions.
• Support task estimation and determination of project effort.
• Consult with clients on technology choices and project implementation approaches.
• Develop standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions together with an architect.
• Share experience and help develop competencies among team members.
• Monitor new capabilities of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Power Apps and Azure, and support their practical use.
• Participate in building and applying citizen development principles within the organization.
