Jira Site Administrator

Upvanta sp. z o.o. operates in the Healthcare industryand offers a role focused on administration, development, and optimization of the Jira Cloud environment and Atlassian tools in an international setting.

• Several years of experience administering Jira Cloud.
• Very good knowledge of configuration for Jira, including workflows, permissions, schemes, and fields.
• Knowledge of Jira Automation.
• Experience in managing users, roles, and access.
• Basic knowledge of REST API and integrations.
• Business-level English language skills, mandatory.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.
• Experience with Confluence, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Atlassian certifications are an additional advantage.

• Manage administration, development, and optimization of the Jira Cloud environment and Atlassian tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business, and international stakeholders.
• Manage users, roles, and access rights.
• Configure Jira including workflows, permissions, schemes, and fields.
• Implement automation and optimize processes using Jira Automation.
• Participate in projects related to automation, optimization, and Cloud environment development.
