Product Owner / Business Analyst - Murex

VISTULO is hiring for a Business Analyst role focused on deep, hands-on Murex expertise within capital markets domains such as Money Markets, Payments, and FX. The role supports a top North American bank through a Polish company, emphasizing long-term, fully remote engagement based in Poland.

Must have:

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner
• Hands-on expertise in Murex for testing (including MXtest), integration, or technical configuration
• Domain experience in Payments, transfers, SWIFT, FX auto-pricing, FX hedging, risk management, trade booking, cash, trade lifecycle processes
• Ability to independently solve problems and deliver solutions
• Proactive mindset with a bias for action and execution
• Strong communication skills for high-stakes, trader-facing environments
• Alignment of work hours to maintain 5-6 hour overlap with US Eastern business hours

Nice to have:

• Prior software development experience
• Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency
• Options knowledge

• Collect and drive requirements directly with the business, advising on technical feasibility
• Translate requirements into Jira tickets, own backlog, and ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Apply deep Murex, capital markets, payments, and FX domain knowledge to ground requirements and reviews technically
• Run acceptance testing to verify delivered work meets requirements
• Focus in one aligned area: test strategy and acceptance criteria, integration and data-mapping requirements, or building test cases in MXtest
• Use AI tools to enhance requirements, testing, or delivery work when appropriate

This role is fully remote but open only to residents of Poland, including Polish citizens and legal residents with work permission. Candidates must be based in Poland. Successful candidates will pass a standard background check.
